TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website.
Money Back Guarantee is valid for the First six (6) Months of installation and can change without notice. The guarantee is not a over the counter money back guarantee but must meet the requirements requested, reviewed, and approved by the installer.
In order to qualify for the Money Back Guarantee, customer must prove at the time of theft that the device failed to provide location. Customer must also prove that the device sim card is active and has not been expired and has available credit at that time of the unfortunate event.
Money Back Guarantee does not cover network outages, downtime or any other act of God, curfew or lockdown.
In addition any claims that does not meet our specific criteria will be automatically voided or terminated.
Customer must ensure device is working on a weekly basis since we will require snap shots of the SMS or Phone Calls to the vehicle prior to it being stolen.
Copies of all police reports, SMS Texts or Phone Calls and insurance claim forms must be submitted in copy within the first seven days of the vehicle being stolen.
The refund process can take from one week to three weeks or more for the refund to be approved and completed once all the requirements and investigations are met. The money back guarantee covers the GPS Device only and not any other products, service or fees.
Payments will be made via Cheque to the Original Purchaser of the GPS System. It only covers the GPS Device installed and no other part/s or accessories, plans or services whatsoever.
Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

WARRANTY
This product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of [See Bill for Warranty Period]. This warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship, provided that the product has been used and maintained properly.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, acts of God, power surges, accidents, tampering with the device's wires or contents, or any other damages not caused by manufacturing defects.
Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or downtime in the 2G cellular network in Trinidad & Tobago as the device runs on this network. This warranty also does not cover any network upgrades or downgrades that may occur during the warranty period.
The sim card used in the device is the property of the owner, unless otherwise specified, and the owner is fully responsible for all actions carried out with the sim card.
Please be aware that this warranty only covers defects related to the manufacturing of the product and does not cover any damages caused by other factors as outlined above
Warranty will continue from original purchase date and the owner or agent is responsible for maintaining the sim card and it's credit and also prevent the sim card from becoming expired by the network.
